Welcome to Skybliss Adventure. By booking or participating in our paragliding, paramotor, or adventure aviation activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility to Participate

• Minimum age: [e.g., 10 or 12 years] (with parental consent).
• Maximum permissible weight: [e.g., 90–110 kg depending on wind conditions].
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.
• Individuals with medical conditions (back issues, heart conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, recent surgeries) must inform us before booking.
• The company and pilots reserve the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.

2. Mandatory Safety Compliance

• All participants must follow pilot instructions at all times.
• Safety gear provided must be worn correctly (helmet, harness, etc.).
• Misconduct, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Weather & Operational Conditions

Adventure aviation is highly weather-dependent. Activities may be postponed, delayed, or canceled due to:

• High/low wind
• Thermal turbulence
• Rain or fog
• Visibility issues
• Technical/equipment safety checks
• Airspace restrictions or permissions

4. Booking Confirmation & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only after full or advance payment.
• Prices may vary during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Identity proof may be required at the time of reporting.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Cancellations will follow the company’s official Cancellation Policy.
• No-show or late arrival (15 minutes or more) will be considered a cancellation without refund.

6. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

By participating, the customer acknowledges:

• All adventure aviation activities carry inherent risks.
• The company takes every safety measure, but weather changes and airborne risks cannot be fully eliminated.
• Participants fly at their own risk, and the company, pilots, or partners are not liable for injuries caused by negligence, non-compliance, or natural conditions.
• A liability/indemnity waiver may be required to be signed on-site.

7. Equipment Usage

• All equipment (paraglider, paramotor, harness, helmet) is regularly inspected and certified.
• Participants must not tamper with or misuse equipment.
• Damages caused by intentional misuse will be chargeable.

8. Photography & Video Rights

• Ride videos/photos are optional paid add-ons unless included in your package.
• By participating, you allow the company to use photos/videos captured during activities for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before the activity.

9. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed only under conditions mentioned in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Reporting Time & Delays

• Participants must report on time.
• Delays caused by weather or operational issues will be communicated, but the company is not liable for travel or accommodation losses.

11. Conduct & Behavior

• Abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior toward staff, pilots, other participants, or equipment may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

12. Governing Law

All activities and policies are governed by local aviation authority rules and the laws of [Karnataka/india]
