At Skybliss Adventure, safety and customer experience are our top priorities. Since our
activities
depend heavily on weather, aviation permissions, and operational readiness, the
following
cancellation rules apply:
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- — More than 48 hours before the activity: - Full refund or free
rescheduling.
- — 24–48 hours before the activity: - 50% refund or one-time
rescheduling (subject to availability).
- — Less than 24 hours before the activity / No Show: - No refund.
Rescheduling not permitted.
Note:
- — Late arrival (over 3 hours) will be treated as a no-show.
- — Tickets booked with discounts or offers are non-refundable.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations (Weather / Safety / Technical Reasons)
Adventure aviation activities are sensitive to weather conditions, airspace permissions,
and
equipment inspections.
If we cancel your flight due to:
- — Unfavorable weather (wind, rain, thermal activity, visibility)
- — Technical or safety concerns
- — Pilot unavailability
- — Operational restrictions
You will receive:
- — 100% refund OR
- — Option to reschedule to any available date within 6 months
Your safety comes first—these decisions are made to protect you.
3. Mid-Activity Cancellations
If the flight/ride is cut short after takeoff due to sudden weather changes or safety
concerns:
- — Partial refund may apply depending on the duration completed.
(This is always assessed fairly and transparently.)
4. Group Bookings / Events / Corporate Packages
- – 25% advance is required to confirm the slot.
- – Cancelling 7–15 days before event: 50% refund.
- – Cancelling less than 7 days before event: No refund.
- – Dates can be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
5. Gift Vouchers / Special Holiday Packages
